Our approach is to provide our clients with full access to everything going on, in real-time, and you as an owner may participate in as little or as much of the process as you would like. We have mandatory weekly reports of our Work Orders, Job Reports, Financial Statements as well as access to all third-party resources and software applications we use.

We have extensive experience revitalizing investment properties and understand the importance of doing an in-depth examination of the property before employing tried-and-true tactics. We take a deep dive into each property before taking the property under our wings. Similar to a Physician needing to review a patient's X-ray or bloodwork to ensure a proper and correct diagnosis, we too look at the overall health of your assets to ensure the proper business plan, guidance and maintenance plan is put in place from the start. We will never just blindly manage, we will ensure it is done right from Day 1.  With vigilant action and a constant focus on improvement, we are here to ensure your property thrives!

Responsibilities

As commercial real estate owners and operators ourselves, we have been, and continue to be, in your shoes. Maitland Management has thought about property management from the inside out in order to not just manage your assets in the most cost-effective way but to also manage with the highest of standards. We implement all of the latest software and technologies in order to provide you with up to the minute accounting and reporting. Our  vast experience has enabled us to ‘learn from the past’ and preemptively avoid potentially serious problems. We are always pursuing new methods to improve our services.
